We’ve reached the end of my Chicago series! Pazzo’s was another randomly Yelp’d spot. I believe there are a few branches in Chicago.
This Torre de Melanzane was a yummy layering of eggplant, mozzarella and argula with balsamic reduction.
The salmon I got was just okay – not something I would want again. The portion was huge though and I could hardly finish it. My friend’s pasta (not pictured) was overcooked, but the sauce was delicious. Guess it can be a hit or miss here. That night was a miss for me.
